This is a plastic molded plaque that was available through a mail-in offer in the 1980s. It is personalized to "Allyson". Most of the ones available for sale are unused old stock that don't have a name. Many are yellowed - the pink color looks "off" - but this one is a gorgeous, vibrant pink. There are very light scuffs. The white spots on the strawberries are part of the artwork, not missing paint.
It comes with the original letter and envelope. The envelope was crudely torn open.
