Shipping Info

✦ We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS or UPS.

✦ Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder.

Because most of what we sell is not replaceable, orders over $150 will require a signature at delivery. This is to ensure you receive your package and it's not left on someone else's porch or stolen.

✦ Once the package shows delivered to your address, we no longer have control over the package and cannot be responsible for it. There is nothing that we can do on our end if it shows delivered (in this case contact your local carrier to see if they can locate the package).

✦ We are unable to modify addresses or reroute packages once your order has shipped.

✦ In the event your package is returned to us, we will contact you to see how you'd like to proceed. If you've entered your address incorrectly or anything else outside of our control, you will need to pay for shipping again. If you don't wish to do that, we can issue a refund for the goods minus the original shipping cost.

 

International Shipping Info

✦ We are currently only shipping to the US and Canada.

 

Returns & Exchanges

✦ Due to the delicate nature of vintage items, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless we've made a mistake. If you have a problem with your order, we are happy to help. Please email lifeissweetvintage@gmail.com.

✦ Sales are not retroactive; we don't offer price adjustments.

✦ If you are unable to add a certain number of products to your cart, its because they're not in stock at that quantity.
