This doll stand fits Kenner Strawberry Shortcake dolls and babies (and other dolls between 3.5" - 5" tall).
These two-piece stands are made from sturdy white metal and are 2" tall when the wire holder is all the way down. The holder can extend up to around 3.25" before it starts to get loose. They will fit waists up to .75". Place the wire holder into the base and adjust up or down to perfectly position your doll.
They're meant to fit around the doll's waist. For the babies, it has to go around their necks for their feet to be on the ground. I sometimes put it around the necks of regular SSC dolls, too, if they're not wearing a dress, but it's more stable around their waists.
