This is the Rose Petal Place Cottage Doll House. Its still in the box and it doesn't appear to have been removed (although its not sealed). The accessories are in bags and the stickers are unused. I lifted it out a bit to make sure there wasn't an obvious use or major issues. I haven't totally unboxed it to inspect since it does appear to be never removed. It does not include any dolls.
This playset is very rare in this condition! The box itself is amazing compared to most I've seen - this one has vibrant colors and isn't faded. It has some light wear.
The box is very large (approx. 14" x 12" x 12") so it will be an oversized package.
