This is a Care Bears Purse (Shoulder Bag) still sealed in the package. There's a red mark on the bag (factory flaw). The cardboard has speckling. The bag contains colored pencils and some type of little notepad or paper. The company is Riviera and the spelling is "coloured" so it may be a release from Canada or another country (I'm not sure). It also says American Greetings Corporation.
