This Rose Petal doll is in excellent condition and is wearing the Rose Water outfit. Her hair smells like a mixture of her original scent and an "old" smell. She doesn't have a hat. The straps of the outfit are loose but the shiny material is in amazing shape for it's age. It isn't worn or broken down.
